Tech Lead iGaming

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead – iGaming based in Brazil.

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader with proven experience building and launching online casino platforms to lead the development of a new iGaming solution from the ground up. You will work directly with the founder, shaping the technical strategy, defining the architecture, and making critical decisions about development, integrations, and technology providers.

Your mission will be to build a reliable, secure, and scalable platform that connects player accounts, gaming services, wallets, deposits, and withdrawals. You will take ownership of complex backend challenges, including transaction consistency, reconciliation, and production reliability.

The platform will initially support an internal operation, with a long-term vision of evolving into a B2B white-label solution for the wider market. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on opportunity to establish the technical foundations of a growing business and deliver a validated, integrated product from its earliest stages.
