About the Role We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our growing Brazil team and help us attract exceptional technology professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on recruitment while also contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.

As our operations expand, you'll play an important role in strengthening our Talent Acquisition function in Brazil, working closely with local leadership, international recruitment teams, and US-based hiring managers.

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and hiring.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct HR interviews to assess technical background, communication skills, English proficiency, cultural alignment, and career expectations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers in Brazil and the United States to understand technical requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate technical interviews and client interview stages, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with the global recruitment team to align priorities, workflows, and best practices.
• Support the development of structured recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within technology companies, IT consulting, or staffing environments.
• Solid understanding of technology roles, including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, QA, and related areas.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Advanced or fluent English , with confidence conducting interviews and participating in meetings with international stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work with competing priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Interest in improving processes and helping structure a growing Talent Acquisition function.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for US-based companies or international clients.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience working with contractor (PJ) hiring models in Brazil.
• Experience supporting recruitment operations in fast-growing organizations.
