As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to mid-market customers across Europe, helping them maximize the value of their security solutions.

You will guide customers through onboarding, provide proactive technical support, and recommend best practices to improve platform adoption and performance. Working closely with support, engineering, and sales teams, you will resolve complex technical issues and advocate for customer needs.
