Technical Lead (Engineering)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead (Engineering) based in United States.

As a Technical Lead, you will combine hands-on software engineering with technical and people leadership in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

You will build production-ready features while shaping the architecture and technical direction of major initiatives.

The role spans the full product lifecycle, from database models and APIs to polished user-facing experiences.

You will directly manage and mentor a team of 2–6 engineers, helping them grow through feedback, pairing, and thoughtful code reviews.

Working closely with product and design partners, you will turn ambitious ideas into practical technical plans and reliable releases.

You will also help establish engineering standards, strengthen system resilience, and continuously improve the codebase.
