Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 based in India.

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. In this role, you will lead technical implementation, oversee custom CRM components, and develop integrations that support complex enterprise business requirements.

You will provide hands-on expertise in plug-ins, workflows, automation, and custom business logic while guiding development teams on architecture and coding standards. Working closely with functional leads and solution architects, you will translate business needs into secure, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.

You will also oversee code reviews, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives. This remote opportunity is suited to a seasoned technical professional who can combine development expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates must also be willing to relocate to the UAE if required.
