Technical Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Product Manager based in Germany.

Join a mission-driven, globally distributed team using technology to expand human agency and strengthen evidence-based nonprofit initiatives. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work directly with 3–4 nonprofit partners at a time, transforming their operational challenges into practical product strategies and technical solutions.

You will combine partner relationship management with hands-on product development, data analysis, experimentation, and engineering delivery. Working closely with engineers and nonprofit teams, you will turn complex needs into actionable roadmaps and measurable improvements.

You will also mentor emerging talent, strengthen technical capabilities within partner organizations, and help develop reusable frameworks that benefit the wider sector. This remote, high-autonomy role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful results while helping shape how technology-driven social impact initiatives scale.
