Technical Recruiter — IT & AI Staff Augmentation

This is a hands-on technical recruiting role focused on identifying and placing experienced technology professionals across the U.S. market. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through candidate selection, offer acceptance, and onboarding coordination.

The role combines deep technology recruiting knowledge with strong stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and commercial awareness. You will partner closely with account managers and hiring stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified talent for staff augmentation opportunities.
