As a Technical Talent Partner, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, both internally and across a global portfolio of technology-focused nonprofits.

You will identify experienced engineers, product managers, and data professionals who can apply their industry expertise to challenges in health, education, livelihoods, and public services. Working closely with hiring managers and technical teams, you will build targeted sourcing strategies, strengthen candidate assessment, and develop referral networks.

You will also leverage AI-powered tools to improve recruiting efficiency, uncover promising candidates, and optimize hiring workflows.
