Telco Network Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Telco Network Operations Manager based in Brazil.

As Telco Network Operations Manager for the Americas, you will take ownership of service continuity and the end-to-end restoration of critical telecommunications and technology incidents across the region. You will lead major incident response, coordinating internal engineering teams, mobile network operators, connectivity partners, and core-network vendors through resolution.

The role combines deep technical expertise in mobile core, international roaming, packet networks, and 4G/5G connectivity with strong operational leadership. You will manage and develop a team of Network Operations engineers while establishing high standards for technical readiness and incident management.

Your work will directly influence network resilience, connectivity quality, and the experience of travelers relying on seamless mobile data services. This is a fully remote, high-impact leadership opportunity within a rapidly scaling global technology environment.
