Position: Tele Sales - Junior Executive (Partnership Distribution)

Job Role

• Contact and engage with leads generated through various digital platforms.
• Understand customer needs and identify suitable insurance solutions.
• Professionally present and sell a range of insurance products over the phone.
• Convert generated leads into successful insurance sales.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, terms and conditions to customers.
• Proactively follow up with interested and prospective customers to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on insurance products, promotions and sales initiatives.

Job Prerequisites

• Strong passion and enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive telephone communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and effectively present suitable solutions.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer requirements.
• Highly motivated, energetic and results-oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and perform in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and persistence in converting prospects into customers.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with digital systems/CRM platforms.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in tele sales, insurance sales, direct sales or call centre sales will be an advantage.
