📢Telecalling Executive – Samruddhi Financials

Location

Thane, Maharashtra (Work from Office) Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time About Samruddhi Financials Samruddhi Financials helps individuals and families make informed financial decisions through goal-based financial planning, mutual fund investments, insurance solutions, and financial awareness initiatives.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Female Telecalling Executive to join our team at Thane.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for financial planning and investment services.
• Follow up with leads received through social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Explain our services, including mutual funds, insurance, and goal-based financial planning, and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate customer details, call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the financial planning team to ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth customer experience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Support marketing campaigns and contribute towards achieving lead conversion and appointment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Experience in mutual funds, insurance, financial services, or financial planning will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Good telephone etiquette, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first approach.
• Candidates residing in or near Thane will be preferred.
