Explain financing products, eligibility requirements, and application steps.

Qualify leads based on business details, financing needs, and customer interest.

Follow up on incomplete applications and missing documents.

Refer qualified leads requiring field support to Sales Agents with clear handover notes.

Achieve assigned calling, lead qualification, and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions.

Follow approved scripts and confidentiality procedures without promising financing approval.
