Territory Sales Officer - PRO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Territory Sales Officer - PRO based in India.

This role is focused on driving territory growth within the Beauty and Personal Care industry through an assortment-led sales strategy. You will identify and develop high-potential outlets while ensuring the right mix of premium products reaches the right locations. The position combines sales execution, channel management, merchandising, distributor coordination, and inventory planning.

You will use sales data and outlet-level insights to make informed allocation and distribution decisions. A key part of the role is maintaining strong in-store execution and ensuring beauty-focused channels operate effectively. You will also contribute to capability building by onboarding and training field sales teams on effective ways of working and sales processes.
