Therapist Clinical Quality Peer Educator

As a Therapist Clinical Quality Peer Educator, you’ll help promote safe, evidence-based, and clinically sound care by reviewing therapists’ clinical documentation against established quality standards. You’ll assess initial assessments, progress notes, and clinical decision-making to identify opportunities for improvement.

The role combines clinical expertise, quality assurance, education, and thoughtful feedback to support providers in delivering consistently high-quality care. You may also provide individualized coaching and remediation to clinicians who need additional support meeting documentation and care standards.

The position involves working with AI-assisted review tools, helping evaluate model outputs and improve quality-review processes over time. This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity designed for experienced licensed therapists who enjoy clinical education and quality improvement.
