Transactions, Analyst - QC

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transactions, Analyst – QC based in Quebec, Canada.

As a Transactions Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of real estate transactions in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will coordinate documentation from initial contract submission through closing, working closely with real estate agents, brokers, notaries, solicitors, and external brokerage partners.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, validating transaction data, calculating commissions, monitoring deposits, and ensuring all required documentation is complete. You will also support agents in navigating digital platforms, resolving administrative issues, and adhering to provincial real estate requirements.

Beyond transaction processing, you will contribute to technology adoption, process improvements, and training initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
