Treasury Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Treasury Manager based in United Kingdom.

As a Treasury Manager, you will oversee day-to-day treasury and payment operations for a growing fintech business operating across cryptocurrency and traditional payment services. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will manage cash movements across multiple bank accounts, payment providers, exchanges, and digital wallets in different currencies and jurisdictions.

You will take ownership of payment execution, liquidity management, and regular cash and crypto reporting for Finance leadership. You will also strengthen safeguarding and reconciliation processes to support regulatory requirements and upcoming e-money authorisations.

Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Systems, and Engineering, you will improve operational efficiency while maintaining robust financial controls. This hands-on individual contributor role offers the opportunity to shape treasury processes in a fast-moving, regulated environment with direct access to decision-makers.
