Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist

About The Role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an international customer operations team in Lisbon.

You will support content creators, influencers and advertisers using social media and digital marketing tools. Your work will focus on account and subscription enquiries, technical troubleshooting and helping customers use the available products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support content creators and influencers with subscription management, account management and technical enquiries.
• Help customers understand and use social media advertising and marketing tools.
• Make outbound follow-up calls when needed to clarify information and confirm that customers understand the guidance provided.
• Provide product and tool support to improve the customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and trends affecting small and medium-sized business customers.
• Work with a multilingual support team to resolve customer enquiries.

Candidate profile

• Strong written and spoken Turkish communication skills.
• Ability to follow training delivered in English.
• Clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence using digital platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Interest in social media, content creation and online advertising.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon and cover rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Salary and benefits

Without company accommodation:

• Monthly gross base salary: EUR 1,099.
• Monthly Christmas allowance: EUR 91.58.
• Monthly holiday allowance: EUR 91.58.
• Meal allowance: EUR 7 per working day, equivalent to EUR 154 for 22 working days.

With company accommodation:

• Monthly gross base salary: EUR 844.
• Monthly Christmas allowance: EUR 70.33.
• Monthly holiday allowance: EUR 70.33.
• Meal allowance: EUR 7 per working day, equivalent to EUR 154 for 22 working days.
• Accommodation is recorded separately as a EUR 200 monthly benefit in kind; this is not a cash payment.

• Health insurance from the first day of the employment contract.
• Initial training covering products, systems and customer support.

Training and contract

Training is delivered in English. Training compensation is subject to successful completion and the terms of the training agreement.

The employment contract is signed after successful completion of training. The initial contract has an anticipated duration of 12 months, subject to its terms.
