UGC Creator Manager for a Fast-Growing DTC Brand

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UGC Creator Manager for a Fast-Growing DTC Brand based in Brazil.

Join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand and take ownership of its user-generated content (UGC) creator program from end to end. In this full-time, remote role, you will build and manage a network of creators whose content supports paid social advertising and business growth.

Working closely with creative strategy and paid media teams, you will turn marketing concepts into compelling briefs, scripts, and performance-driven video assets. You will oversee the entire creator lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to feedback, agreements, payments, and content delivery.

By tracking creator performance and identifying high-potential partners, you will help scale successful collaborations into long-term relationships.
