About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Web Designer who is passionate about creating innovative and engaging website designs with cutting-edge interactions for a diverse range of clients across various industries.

As a key member of our team, you will lead the entire design process—from conceptualization and wireframing to final layout development—working closely with developers to translate client needs into visually compelling and interactive digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional website design experience
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• A strong portfolio demonstrating elegant and innovative web design projects
• Experience with motion design is a plus
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design process, including conceptualization, wireframing, storyboarding, and finalizing layouts for both mobile and desktop platforms
• Create and maintain comprehensive Design Systems for internal use and client projects
• Apply contemporary design trends and branding styles to craft compelling digital narratives
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution by obsessively attending to detail
• Conduct user research and leverage insights to design disruptive websites and features that meet user needs
• Communicate the purpose and strategic thinking behind your designs to internal teams and clients effectively
• Develop innovative designs for clients across various industries, from SMBs to enterprise-level organizations
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and demonstrate their value to team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to identify new opportunities and support sales initiatives through creative input
• Manage high-end projects with confidence, utilizing both visual design skills and strong interpersonal abilities to motivate and collaborate with team members
• Incorporate feedback from clients and team critiques to refine designs iteratively, ensuring the delivery of polished, high-quality work
• Maintain organized and detailed files, layers, and folders for seamless project workflows
• Work closely with the President and department leaders throughout each project's lifecycle to ensure alignment with strategic goals
