US Truck Dispatcher - Trucking Campaign

Hiring: Experienced Truck Dispatcher (On-Site – Lahore) Company: Astral Logistics Solutions Location: Lahore, Pakistan Industry: US Trucking / Logistics Astral Logistics Solutions is actively seeking experienced Truck Dispatchers to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in the US trucking dispatch industry and understand load booking, rate negotiation, and carrier management — we want to hear from you.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispatch trucks for timely pickups and deliveries
• Book loads from load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize profitability
• Plan routes efficiently and ensure on-time performance
• Maintain strong communication with drivers and clients
• Handle documentation including rate confirmations and PODs
• Track shipments and resolve any in-transit issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in US truck dispatching
• Strong knowledge of load boards and dispatch software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Compensation &

• Basic

Salary

Up to PKR 60,000

• Commission: 10% on generated business
