UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible and user-centric digital experiences that drive meaningful impact through large-scale government digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative user research through stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, observational studies, usability testing and other research methods to uncover user needs, behaviours and pain points.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with business stakeholders and users to define future-state journeys, workflows and product experiences.
• Translate research findings and user insights into actionable design recommendations, service blueprints, journey maps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design and refine intuitive, accessible and high-fidelity user interfaces aligned with established design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and business stakeholders within an Agile development environment to ensure designs are feasible and successfully implemented.

Requirements

• Min. of 5 years’ experience in service design, UX research, or related user-centred design disciplines
• Strong experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into practical design solutions.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders to understand business and user needs.
• Experience incorporating AI into design workflows or digital products would be an added advantage.
• A portfolio (Website, PDF, Google Slides, Figma, etc.) that demonstrates your design process
