Vice President of Engineering

The Vice President of Engineering will provide strategic and technical leadership for globally distributed software engineering teams, driving the development of scalable, high-performance SaaS products.

Working directly with the Chief Technology Officer and fellow engineering leaders, this player-coach will shape technical architecture, strengthen engineering practices, and ensure reliable delivery across core product initiatives. The role focuses on cloud-native systems built on AWS, modern web technologies, and the adoption of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

The successful candidate will build strong teams across international time zones, establish measurable performance standards, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with Product, Data Analytics, and Customer Success, they will align engineering priorities with customer needs and business growth.
