Vice President, Payer Account Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Payer Account Management based in the United States.

This executive role leads strategic engagement and account management across major U.S. payer customers.

You will shape enterprise-wide payer strategies that connect portfolio priorities, market access objectives, customer needs, and sustainable business outcomes.

The role combines senior customer leadership, complex negotiations, contracting oversight, and strategic market insight.

You will serve as a key voice of the payer internally, translating customer, reimbursement, competitive, and policy intelligence into actionable recommendations.

Working across market access, commercial, finance, medical, legal, policy, and patient services teams, you will turn strategy into coordinated account execution.

You will also lead and develop a high-performing organization capable of navigating an increasingly complex and consolidated payer landscape.
