Vice President, Software Engineering

This executive leadership role will oversee software engineering across a complex portfolio of regulated healthcare and medical technology platforms. The position combines long-term technology strategy with hands-on accountability for delivery, scalability, quality, and operational performance.

You will lead large engineering organizations and senior technical leaders while building a culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role spans clinical, patient-facing, cloud, data, and connected-device software within a highly regulated Software as a Medical Device environment.

You will work closely with Product, Quality, Regulatory, Security, Research, Machine Learning, and IT leaders to turn ambitious ideas into reliable products. You will also drive engineering modernization through automation, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, and data-driven operating practices.
