Vice President, Technology and Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Technology and Product based in the United States.

This is a senior technology and product leadership role focused on transforming digital healthcare engagement through AI, data, and innovative platform capabilities. You will define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy spanning product development, engineering, AI/ML, data infrastructure, MarTech, and physician community experiences.

The role combines strategic vision with a strong emphasis on experimentation, rapid prototyping, and measurable business impact. You will shape platforms that enable personalized, omnichannel engagement while maintaining high standards for scalability, security, privacy, and healthcare compliance.

The position requires close collaboration across Product, Editorial, Sales, Marketing, Data, and global technology teams to translate business opportunities into scalable technical solutions. You will also build and lead high-performing engineering teams, establish a test-and-learn culture, and champion emerging technologies such as generative AI and real-time personalization.
