VP, Assistant General Counsel

The VP, Assistant General Counsel will provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance across a broad range of corporate and business matters.

The role will advise senior leaders and business teams on legal risks, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee and coordinate litigation while managing relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.

The position will play a key role in negotiating commercial agreements and supporting complex transactions and corporate initiatives.

You will monitor evolving laws and regulations and translate legal developments into practical risk-management strategies.
