VP, Delivery

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Delivery based in the United States.

This executive role leads the delivery strategy and operational performance of a large portfolio of complex digital products, platforms, and transformation programs.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery across areas including AI, commerce, loyalty, CRM, customer data, analytics, and product engineering.

The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical judgment, requiring the ability to guide major programs and intervene when delivery needs recovery.

You will shape delivery standards, governance, performance metrics, economics, staffing, and risk management across a distributed North America and India delivery model.

As a player-coach, you will develop senior delivery leaders, strengthen technical fluency, and foster accountability for client and business outcomes.

You will partner closely with clients, executives, sales, engineering, product, resource management, and talent teams to turn demand into successful delivery.

The role offers significant influence over delivery operations, technical strategy, organizational growth, and the performance of high-value enterprise programs.
