VP, Finance and Accounting

We are seeking an accomplished finance executive to lead financial strategy, accounting operations, and long-term financial sustainability for a mission-driven, technology-enabled nonprofit organization.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director and Leadership Team, translating complex financial information into actionable insights that support organizational strategy and growth. You will oversee accounting, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and compliance across multiple legal entities.

Combining executive-level vision with hands-on financial expertise, you will strengthen systems, modernize processes, and build a scalable, high-performing finance function. You will also lead a lean team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
