VP Fund Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP Fund Management based in Switzerland.

As VP Fund Management, you will lead the creation, launch, and growth of an institutional-grade Bitcoin-denominated investment fund designed to generate sustainable BTC-based returns while prioritizing capital preservation. You will own the fund's investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk framework, investor relationships, and regulatory governance from the ground up.

Combining traditional asset management expertise with deep knowledge of Bitcoin markets and decentralized finance, you will develop diversified strategies across BTC-collateralized lending, market-neutral trading, derivatives, and on-chain yield opportunities.

You will lead capital-raising initiatives targeting institutional investors, ecosystem funds, and foundation treasuries while ensuring rigorous compliance and transparent performance reporting. As a founding executive, you will work closely with independent directors, external service providers, and technical teams to establish a robust, scalable investment platform.
