Job Purpose Own brand websites, landing pages, tracking and automation capabilities that convert digital demand into usable leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage websites, CMS governance and model landing pages.
• Improve UX, SEO, accessibility and conversion funnels.
• Own forms, pixels, analytics, tagging and tracking quality.
• Design marketing automation journeys and technical requirements.
• Coordinate HQ, IT and agencies; monitor incidents and release readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Advanced to fluent English, with strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in web operations, digital product or marketing automation.
• Hands-on GA4, CMS, SEO and tag-management knowledge.
• Basic UX/UI and technical project-management ability.

100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
