Webflow Systems Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Webflow Systems Lead based in Italy.

Join a fully remote, international digital team building scalable web experiences and technology systems for ambitious B2B software businesses. In this senior freelance role, you will lead the technical architecture of a multi-site marketing ecosystem spanning three websites, creating a reusable and governed foundation rather than isolated web pages.

You will design component libraries, relational content models, and AI-ready workflows that empower marketing teams to manage their digital presence independently. Working closely with designers, developers, and client stakeholders, you will translate Figma design systems into robust Webflow implementations while ensuring performance, accessibility, and security.

You will also shape integrations, search capabilities, and AI-agent governance, helping establish new standards for efficient website management. This opportunity combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and mentoring within a collaborative, remote-first environment.
