Overview of the role

The WebRTC Engineer will be responsible for developing real-time communication solutions focused on performance and user experience. Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing real-time communication features using WebRTC technology.
• Implementing video, audio, and data streaming solutions with focus on performance and quality.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing WebRTC applications for various network conditions.
• Collaborating with frontend and backend teams to integrate real-time communication features.
• Monitoring and improving streaming quality, latency, and connection reliability.
• Staying current with WebRTC standards and implementing best practices for real-time communications.

Requirements

• WebRTC Development: 3+ years of hands-on experience in WebRTC or real-time communications.
• Protocols and Streaming: Strong knowledge of WebRTC protocols, signaling, and media streaming.
• Technical Stack: Experience with JavaScript, WebRTC APIs, and media server technologies.
• Network and Performance: Familiarity with network protocols, codecs, and optimization techniques.
• Audio/Video Processing: Understanding of audio/video processing and real-time communication challenges.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
