Wholesale Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Wholesale Operations Analyst based in the United States.

As a Wholesale Operations Analyst, you will provide critical operational support to a fast-growing wholesale organization and help maximize sales performance.

You will manage sales orders, monitor business risks, analyze performance changes, and ensure accurate execution across the wholesale lifecycle.

The role combines data analysis, customer service, order management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with account executives, customers, distribution teams, and internal business partners to resolve issues and improve processes.

Your analysis will help identify root causes, prevent recurring operational challenges, and protect revenue opportunities.

This is an on-site role in Stamford, Connecticut, within a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable moving quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
