Analista Sales Force

As a Salesforce Analyst, you will play an important role in developing and optimizing marketing automation strategies that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will design and implement automated communication workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating personalized, data-driven customer journeys across multiple channels.

Working with customer databases and segmentation strategies, you will help ensure that the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time. You will contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives, helping improve campaign effectiveness and customer experiences.
