Founding Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Account Executive based in Brazil.

This is an entrepreneurial sales opportunity focused on building and accelerating commercial growth across Latin America. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. The role has a strong focus on Mexico while contributing to expansion across the broader LATAM enterprise market.

You’ll engage primarily with HR leaders and Talent Acquisition teams, helping them address hiring challenges through technology and AI. As an early commercial hire, you’ll have meaningful influence over go-to-market strategy, market development, and sales processes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly autonomous, with significant room to shape the business as it scales.
