POST SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Post Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Networking business. This role will manage supplier warranty and return processes (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization), service orders, and post-sales operational activities, ensuring a high level of service for partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Manage supplier RMA requests from initiation through resolution.

Review and process service-related sales orders and license vouchers.

Monitor open cases and orders daily to ensure service levels are met.

Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to RMAs and service orders.

Maintain accurate supplier, product, service, and eCommerce information.

Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Supplier Services, and Sales teams to resolve issues.

Track activities within internal systems and supplier platforms.

Support additional suppliers and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

Requisitos e qualificações

Advanced English, written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Comfort learning and utilizing web-based systems and internal tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Operations, Supply Chain Support, or similar functions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.

Experience working with distributors, suppliers, or manufacturers.

Exposure to technology or networking-related products.

Experience supporting warranty, returns, service operations, or order processing.
