Job Description: Pre-Sales Technical Support (Data Center & UPS) Location: São Paulo, Brazil Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for data center infrastructure and UPS solutions
- Conduct technical proposal preparation, solution design, product configuration and client presentations
- Support sales team with technical communication, bidding and project demonstration
- Provide on-site technical support and solution validation as required
- Accept frequent business travel within Brazil
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT or related field
- Proven working experience in UPS systems and data center infrastructure technical support
- Hands-on experience in data center or UPS project implementation, Pre-sales or technical support
- Familiar with data center power, cooling, rack or infrastructure solutions
- Proficient in Portuguese; good English communication skills
- Strong client-facing, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Able to travel frequently and provide on-site technical support
