Senior DevOps Lead/Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior DevOps Lead/Architect based in Brazil.

As a Senior DevOps Lead/Architect, you will shape the architecture, security, and operational reliability of enterprise-scale DevOps platforms supporting complex software delivery environments. You will lead the design and evolution of CI/CD infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes, ensuring development teams can deliver software efficiently, securely, and consistently.

Combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, you will establish engineering standards, guide platform modernization, and oversee critical transitions with minimal disruption. You will also drive DevSecOps practices, strengthen security compliance, and ensure platform resilience through effective monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.

Working closely with engineering teams, technical leadership, and customer stakeholders, you will influence technical decisions and mentor DevOps professionals.
